Il nostro scopo è quello di trovare e raggruppare il meglio che la nostra terra ha da offrire e abbinarlo nel modo corretto per sprigionare il meglio di ogni sapore. Siamo sempre alla costante ricerca di nuovi cibi e bevande da proporre a rotazione, mantenendo fede ai nostro fornitori storici. Da noi non troverete lunghi menù con un’offerta infinita, ma potrete essere certi che quello che abbiamo da proporvi è selezionato con la massima cura. I nostri piatti sono preparati al momento proprio per mantenere gli alimenti sempre freschi e i sapori originali intatti. Il nostro è un piccolo mondo fatto di tante prelibatezze che vanno consumate con lo spirito giusto ed è per questo che ci teniamo a fare le cose per bene, per cui se siete di fretta, vi consigliamo di prendere qualcosa dalla nostra dispensa da assaporare comodamente a casa vostra o ad una cena tra amici. Siamo una famiglia con tanta passione per il nostro lavoro e per questo, che decidiate di passare a trovarci per bere un bicchiere di vino o degustare uno dei nostri famosi taglieri, faremo sempre del nostro meglio per farvi sentire a casa.

With us you will not find long menus with an infinite offer, but you can be sure that what we have to offer you is selected with the utmost care. Our dishes are freshly prepared to keep the food always fresh and the original flavors intact. Our world is small and made up of many delicacies that must be consumed with the right spirit: this is why we want to do things right, so if you are in a hurry, we advise you to take something from our pantry to savor comfortably at your home or at dinner with friends.
